All jewellery sold by LucienLucienLucien is made to order.

As our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in appearance may occur between pieces. These are a natural characteristic of handmade jewellery.

Where an item is described as bespoke or personalised, it is made specifically according to the customer's requirements or specifications.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders are placed through our website.

You are responsible for checking that your order details, delivery address, measurements and any personalisation or other specifications are correct before placing your order.

Payment is required at the time of purchase and is processed through Squarespace Payments.

An order is accepted once we confirm the order and/or begin production.

3. Made-to-Order and Bespoke Items

Because our jewellery is made to order, production begins after an order has been placed.

For bespoke or personalised jewellery, you are responsible for providing accurate measurements, text, designs and other specifications.

Once production of a bespoke or personalised item has begun, changes may not be possible.

4. Prices

The price payable is the price displayed at checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery

We ship internationally.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Estimated production and delivery times will be provided on the website or at checkout where applicable.

International customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

6. Cancellations and Returns

Where UK consumer law gives you a right to cancel an online purchase, you may exercise that right within the applicable cancellation period.

Where this exception applies to a bespoke or personalised LucienLucienLucien item, the order cannot be cancelled simply because you have changed your mind.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
